All orders are Cash on Delivery (COD). The field inspector collects payment upon successful delivery. No online payments are accepted.

Yes. Customer and vendor data are isolated. Only governorate information is shared for delivery. OTP codes are hashed and sensitive data is encrypted.

Delivery timing depends on your location and product availability. You can choose same-day, 24h, 48h, or a specific date during checkout.

Every order requires on-site inspection. If products don't match the quote, you can refuse delivery. Returns can be requested within the return policy period.
