1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ElMowared, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. RFQ Process

ElMowared is a Request for Quote platform. Prices are not displayed in the catalog. Customers request quotes from vendors, and vendors submit their offers. The final price includes vendor price plus admin commission and applicable tax.

3. Payment

All orders are Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is collected by the field inspector upon delivery. No online payment gateways are supported.

4. Data Isolation

Customer and vendor data are isolated. Customers never see vendor contact information, and vendors never see customer contact information. Only governorate information is shared for delivery purposes.

5. Inspection & Delivery

Every order requires on-site inspection by a certified field inspector. The inspector verifies the products before delivery and collects payment upon successful delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

ElMowared acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for product quality, delivery delays, or disputes between customers and vendors. All disputes are resolved through our support team.
